As the Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams, draws attention to atrocities against Christians in the Middle East, closer to home we have yet more cases of white girls being groomed for sex by predominatelyAsian gangs who display Islamic rather than Christian values.
Those who regard the perfect man as one who had sex with a nine-year old girl and encouraged thebeheading of prisoners may see this as normal but to complain that they are victims of Islamophobia because civilised people do not approve of such barbaric behaviour would be laughable were it not so serious.
Unfortunately it has taken theatrocities in Paris to concentrate the mind on the nature of Islam. In my entry last Saturday I posed the question 'Something to hide?' after the House of Lords rejected the idea of encouraging a national debate about the nature of Islam.
In September it was claimed that 1 in 50 Syrian refugees in Europe could be an Isis jihadist. Now it has beenreported that a Syrian passport was found on attacker who sought asylum in Greece as a refugee.
Not all Muslims are terrorists but too many Muslims have a warped idea of salvation believing that they will be rewarded in paradise for killing Kafirs.
It matters little that most Muslims are 'nice people' if their ideology permits a handful of Muslims to create the carnage witnessed in Paris. There must be a debate.
A Christian street preacher who was arrested and held for 13 hours in a police cell, after displaying placards depicting love for Muslims and criticising the ideology of Islam, has this week been informed by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) that no charges will be brought against him.
Ian, owner of the Singleton Tandoori Indian Balti House in Ashford, began taking his placards onto the street in January 2017 after it became clear that his Muslim staff were ignorant of aspects of their own religion.
"After reading the Qur'an and observing the behaviour of my Muslim staff, it became clear that they were not practising much of their religion’s teachings. I found this curious, and, after chatting to them about their belief, I realised this was due to their ignorance of the Quranic verses. They simply do not know what their religion teaches," he said.
He continued, "Their ignorance is almost on a par with the wider public's, where the horrors and gross gender inequalities of Islam are not apparent to most people".

The so-called "terrorist" attacks on innocent people of all faiths, including Muslims, and none in Spain were committed by Muslims responding to calls in the Qur'an. Referring to them terrorists obscures the fact that such attacks have been going on for 1400 years. Read about so-called "terrorists" in an excellent blog entryhere and "sick followers" of ISIS here, a Mirror report in which I can find no reference whatsoever to Islam or Muslims.
In a recent BBC Newsnight programme the founder of the British Muslim Youth claimed that a Newcastle grooming gang should not be considered 'Muslim' because ?These grooming gangs were individuals that were using alcohol, using drugs and actually having ?Sessions? Exploiting these young girls."
The Shadow Equalities Minister Sarah Champion was forced to resign after an article in the Sun in which she wrote "Britain has a problem with British Pakistani men raping and exploiting white girls". She subsequently "apologise for the offence caused by the extremely poor choice of words in the Sun article" and tendered her resignation as shadow Secretary of State for Women and Equalities.
Commentators bend over backwards to avoid using Muslim or Islam when reporting on "terroristdanquot; attacks and the seemingly endless dilema of what they prefer to call 'men of Asian origin' grooming predominantly white girls for sex, thus condemning whole communities through political correctness.
Unless the authorities grasp the nettle and admit that Islam presents a masalah by constantly referring to it as a religion of peace despite all the evidence to the contrary we risk ever more atrocities and exploitation of vulnerable girls.

Again there is no mention of Muslims or Islam. Why?
?All of you are infidels? We will go to paradise if we kill you and you will go to hell.?
There is no shortage of Muslims who believe that they will have a place in paradise if they die killing infidels even if their stock of virgins isdepleted. It is neither here nor there that the vast majority of Muslims do not kill infidels. The God they worship sanctions death for unwilling converts as well as apostates. Unless Muslims face up to this reality and enter into serious dialogue about their supremacist religious ideology, the killings will go on and on.
After each atrocity the media scurry around to find any excuse they can to point the finger away from Islam. Why? It is the common thread that has linked1400 years of violence. Two questions are usually asked. Was the perpetrator in need of psychiatric help? - as if other perpetrators are normal - and, Has the 'so-called' Islamic State claimed responsibility or is there any evidence of a link? The introductory video, 'Persecuted and Forgotten' clearly illustrates that the persecution of Christians is not peculiar to ISIS.
The quote "All of you are infidels… we will go to paradise if we kill you and you will go to hell" is taken from an article in the Catholic Herald: "A priest is slaughtered at Mass in rural France. This is what life is like for Christians in the Middle East". The article recalls: "One priest, Fr Thaer Abdal, was shot dead at the altar. In total, 58 innocent people were murdered. Their killers were members of an Iraqi faction of Al-Qaeda that had declared war on churches, “dirty dens of idolatry”, and in particular “the hallucinating tyrant of the Vatican. The Baghdad massacre was one of countless atrocities that have reduced ancient Christian communities in the Middle East to shrivelled and terrified ghettos or underground churches".
In Egypt: Muslim attacks on Christians are "increasing at alarming ratedanquot;. So widespread has the persoalan become that after the French priest was murdered a 'UK Church leader' who asked to remain anonymous has warned that "it may be sign of things to comedanquot;. He said:
"There needs to be a connection made between what is happening here and what has been happening in places such as Egypt, Nigeria, Pakistan and Iraq. Suddenly we are seeing this in Europe. It could be an alarming sign of things to come. There is a lot of copycat psychology in these kinds of attacks. We are hoping this does not turn into anything more serious and get out of hand, but we are concerned that it might." Full report here.
For Christians there is onlyone way to the Father, through Jesus Christ. There is no compulsion.
For Muslims "There is no God but Allah, and Muhammad is his messenger".
This is the basic statement of the Islamic faith: "anyone who cannot recite this wholeheartedly is not a Muslimdanquot;.
When a Muslim recites this they proclaim:
That Allah is the only God, and that Muhammad is his prophet
That they personally accept this as true
That they will obey all the commitments of Islam in their life
Little surprise, then, that other religions are held in contempt by Islam. 'Blasphemy' is a tool often used in Islamic states. Sadly this process is aided by attitudes in the West which imply that only Islam is sacred. In the wake of latest atrocity in France it has beenreported that a "Fireman Sam" episode has been pulled amid a "Koran row" in marked contrast to the persecution of Christians highlighted in the "Persecuted and Forgotten" video above.
In the following video, former Prime Minister Tony Blair along with former US Presidents George Bush and Bill Clinton insist, contrary to all the evidence available, that Islam is a religion of peace, ignoring the opinions of experts. Only a sensible dialogue will expose the truth but while Islam is regarded as above criticism the West will remain compliant without uttering a word of the Shahadah.
Meanwhile the slaughter of the innocents continues.
